Un mundo lleno de diferentes actitudes y aptitudes, donde la tolerancia se vuelve esencial y sobre todo la valorizaci\u00f3n de potencial humano, dejando edades, raza, sexo, preferencia sexual, pol\u00edtica o religiosa de lado para aprovechar el potencial que cada persona tiene para mejorar las condiciones de la cultura organizacional.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 18pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Por ello maximizar el potencial humano se vuelve un requerimiento para el desempe\u00f1o de las organizaciones. \u00bfQu\u00e9 signi\ufb01ca esto? Los l\u00edderes ser\u00e1n los primeros en dar el paso de vivir los va- lores de la organizaci\u00f3n y de inspirar a dar la milla extra a cada colaborador para que sea compatible con la misi\u00f3n, objetivos y valores ya establecidos.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, resulta b\u00e1sico el agradecimiento. Lorena Mart\u00ednez, Consultora de Great Place to Work\u00ae Institute, a\ufb01rma que para cada colaborador sentirse aprecia- do es lo m\u00e1s importante para que \u00e9stos se involucren m\u00e1s con la organizaci\u00f3n a pesar de los salarios, bene\ufb01cios, tiempo libre, capacitaci\u00f3n o celebraciones. Crear un Great Place to Work\u00ae For All, no solo demanda que la organizaci\u00f3n cuente con pr\u00e1cticas inclusivas, sino que el liderazgo viva su misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n y valores, que incentive e inspire a todos a formar parte de una sola familia. Si estamos convencidos que tenemos un Great Place to Work\u00ae For All, sugerimos que las organizaciones consideren que hay ciertas pr\u00e1cticas que van en contra del mundo actual y que afectan el liderazgo efectivo:<\/p><ul><li>Socializar solamente con un grupo de miembros de la organizaci\u00f3n. Esto crea descon\ufb01anza y desanima a los colaboradores a vivir el prop\u00f3sito de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Valorar las cosas antes de hablar con las personas. Dedique tiempo a fomentar las conexiones personales necesarias para que los colaboradores se sientan empoderados y comprometidos, no solo se preocupe de ver que se alcance la meta y el KPI.<\/li><li>Ignorar la vida personal de los colaboradores. Los l\u00edderes de hoy deben superar las conversaciones cordiales, abrirse y ser aut\u00e9nticos.<\/li><li>Alcanzar las metas es solo responsabilidad del l\u00edder. Debe eliminar cualquier ego unido a ser un l\u00edder, con\ufb01ar m\u00e1s en el equipo para producir un gran trabajo.<\/li><\/ul><p>Exhibici\u00f3n de competencia t\u00e9cnica sobre las habilidades blandas. No puede ser un gran l\u00edder sin las habilidades para comunicarse bien con el equipo.
