\u00bfCU\u00c1L ES EL NIVEL DE DEIB EN SU ORGANIZACI\u00d3N?<\/strong><\/h3>

Cada d\u00eda, las organizaciones est\u00e1n tomando cada vez m\u00e1s conciencia de la importancia de adoptar, mantener y mejorar sus objetivos relacionados con las iniciativas de <\/span>D<\/b>iversidad, <\/span>E<\/b>quidad, <\/span>I<\/b>nclusi\u00f3n y Pertenencia (<\/span>B<\/b>elonging por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s). Sin embargo, en muchos casos, esta intenci\u00f3n no avanza debido a la falta de inter\u00e9s y, por lo tanto, de apoyo por parte de los l\u00edderes de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>

CULTURA DE CONFIANZA<\/strong><\/p>

Construir una cultura de confianza es un factor clave para generar la energ\u00eda necesaria que impulse la eficacia de las iniciativas DEIB. Esto, junto con la medici\u00f3n de indicadores y una formaci\u00f3n adecuada en el tema, permitir\u00e1 obtener mejores resultados para la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>

M\u00c1S QUE DIVERSIDAD E INCLUSI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>

Es importante tener en cuenta que DEIB no se trata solo de cumplir con las leyes laborales. Si una organizaci\u00f3n se limita a eso, significa que a\u00fan tiene mucho trabajo por hacer en su estrategia. Durante varios a\u00f1os, hemos escuchado sobre diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n, pero la misi\u00f3n es mucho m\u00e1s amplia, ya que la equidad y la pertenencia est\u00e1n estrechamente relacionadas y contribuyen al mejor desempe\u00f1o organizacional.<\/span><\/p>

\u00bfQU\u00c9 \u00c1REAS ESTRAT\u00c9GICAS CONTEMPLA DEIB?<\/strong><\/p>

DEIB (Diversidad, Equidad, Inclusi\u00f3n y Pertenencia) permite evaluar hasta qu\u00e9 punto los colaboradores se sienten valorados y satisfechos con igualdad de oportunidades, incluyendo el pago equitativo. Esto no solo implica analizar los salarios, sino tambi\u00e9n garantizar equidad en promociones internas, oportunidades de desarrollo y revisiones de compensaci\u00f3n basadas en resultados de la evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o. Estas \u00e1reas se miden y analizan generalmente en el departamento de Recursos Humanos, pero no significa que solo ellos sean responsables de las iniciativas DEIB.<\/span><\/p>

ES COMPROMISO DE TODOS<\/strong><\/p>

Es fundamental que cada colaborador en la organizaci\u00f3n se comprometa a transformar la cultura, derribando gradualmente barreras y prejuicios de todo tipo. Esto permitir\u00e1 que los colaboradores sean aut\u00e9nticos en su lugar de trabajo. Por ejemplo, \u00bfdeber\u00edan los colaboradores tener la libertad de elegir diferentes estilos de cabello? La revisi\u00f3n de las ofertas de trabajo y las descripciones de los puestos es una tarea prioritaria, ya que DEIB debe ser considerado en todos los documentos y pol\u00edticas de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>

APRENDIZAJE ORGANIZACIONAL<\/strong><\/p>

La pandemia nos ha ense\u00f1ado lecciones valiosas, incluyendo la importancia de considerar el trabajo remoto como una alternativa viable. Esto brinda flexibilidad a los colaboradores con hijos peque\u00f1os y a las personas con discapacidades que enfrentan dificultades en los desplazamientos o el acceso a lugares no accesibles.<\/span><\/p>
