Founder and shareholder of Great Place to Work® Institute Mexico, he works with companies to support their leaders in the transformation of organizational culture to achieve excellence in the workplace for all. Together with the most important media in the country, he has developed the project " Best Workplaces™ in Mexico ". This year the Institute celebrates 18 years of operation in Mexico, in that period the Institute grew from 20 to 1000 clients and from US$ 50,000 to US$ 10M.

Jorge Ferrari is also a shareholder and COO of Great Place to Work® in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan and Macau. He has given several seminars and workshops including organizing and participating in President Bill Clinton's keynote conference in Mexico on the topic: "Leadership and Collective Prosperity". He has participated in many consulting projects including Organizational Development, Management Processes and Transformation to improve performance in top-tier companies, carrying them out in several regions of the world, including South and North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering (UCLA) and a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Engineering (University of Buenos Aires, Argentina).
